I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The rooms were stunning, with million-dollar views and a welcome beverage that made me feel so special. The incredible balcony offered breathtaking sunset views that I'll never forget. The touch of rose petals and champagne was a lovely surprise. The service was top-notch, from the cleaners to the top staff members like Angel, Carolina, Ixshel, Tania, Marbella, Adrian, Isabel, Cain, and Eric, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The location was perfect, right over the lagoon with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The dining options were fantastic with a variety of choices. Overall, an exceptional experience that I would highly recommend.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, right by the beach and close to great restaurants. The rooms were super clean and comfy, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The dining experience was a bit limited, but the pool area was well-maintained and enjoyable. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The rooms were always cleaned beautifully with a stocked mini fridge, offering picturesque views and L-shaped balconies with amazing views. However, being on non-preferred floors took away a bit of the charm. The daily hot tub chats added a relaxing touch to the stay.
